I don't understand how both these sentences are true.

Kudos to RB for putting on such organized events: great beer selection (Grey Monday!), amazing BBQ, lots of space as well as actual sitting room for almost the entire duration. Hope the JK event is similarly chill.

You mean Rare Barrel? I wish people would abbreviate that TRB, since RB is ratebeer. Beer has enough confusing acronyms as it is...

Anyway, I'm super surprised that any event there was chill. They've always been horrendous clusterfucks in the past. How long did it take to get beer?

I got there around 1:30, but the entire time I was there it was never more than maybe a 5m wait at worst. (Same for the BBQ line.) They had 3 different areas with their own bartenders, 2 of which were in the back amongst the barrels.

Far less clusterfucky than Cellarmaker on a typical day...

Likewise. We went to fieldwork after, but then the Chico crew started getting sloppy so we called it quits then.

I had a stupac2 sighting at Beer Rev too. I didn't catch him leave though. Sneaky fella.
I had to run out because my wife was having issues with the baby and needed me.

Ah I would have liked to have gone to FW, but crew was also getting sloppy. RIP Ashby Bart Platform.

I'll be at Bistro tomorrow w/ the gf for the DIPAfest.

Ill more than likely be wearing the Dickbutt shirt I made where it looks like he is jizzing the Talkbeer logo.

**** I need to check into this place after 5pm or on the weekends.

Anyways, good times all around. Fieldwork, DIPA fest, Rare Barrel, Taqueria Montecristo, Sour Sunday, Burrito Palace. . .

I'll be back Thursday. . .

Likely hitting up city beer near 1 ish today for the BA beers n leftovers.

Lots of good BA stuff tapped yesterday. Will probably be one of my few SFBW events, but met up with my BILs for some beers.

2014 BC Coffee, Viet Speedway, BA Ten Fidy, BA Devils Teeth, and Sump were the standouts.

The Silva stout w/coffee is also legit good.

And surprise of the day, city beer has bottles of 4 Legs Good, to go. I almost missed that cept homie 1 table over had a few. That was a massive bonus.

Thanks TB Dicks for not mentioning that.

Not a fan of, uh, tart quads, but I hear it's more of a Super Bernice? Is that accurate?

Speaking of BA stouts, Toronado still has Parabajava and Parabola on tap.
