I am working on batch #2 as I type. It is the Brewer's Best American Cream Ale. It's from the kit, not proud of that but I have to start somewhere, right? Next batch I am thinking a Black IPA, but I want to do half grain, half extract. I don't have the space or the firepower to do an all grain yet. Birthday is coming up in March though. You can guess what is going to make up the majority of my list.
