Batch #2

I am working on batch #2 as I type. It is the Brewer's Best American Cream Ale. It's from the kit, not proud of that but I have to start somewhere, right? Next batch I am thinking a Black IPA, but I want to do half grain, half extract. I don't have the space or the firepower to do an all grain yet. Birthday is coming up in March though. You can guess what is going to make up the majority of my list.

You can do 5 gallon all grain with BIAB. All you need is a 20qt stock pot and a 5 gallon paint strainer bag.

I just got done with the ACA. Smells good, taste like a bad tea. OG on the low end at 1.049 like it is supposed too.

I will check out the BIAB. Thanks for that. I can't wait. I have the 20qt. pot, just have to get the bag. We have a great supply store and I enjoy that they are recognizing me and I love that they work with me.
