Will be doing a wheat beer soon. i have never used wheat as yet and my understanding is that it is smaller then barley and was wondering what would be a good setting on the B.C. it's at .039 right now
 
.039 would be pretty good for wheat. I find that .045 is good for barley and a slightly tighter setting like .039 is good for wheat.
 
You can also keep the gap set the same and run the wheat through 2-3 times. You get the same effect, and it might save time.
