Bargain fittings false bottom for hop blocker

Has anyone used thier sanke keg false bottom in a BK with a center pickup for a false bottom?

that might work for whole hops, but not for pellets..

and for whole hops, it might just stop the flow... which would lead to a fun time trying to figure out out to get your beer out of the kettle...

I was thinking that might be the case. Probably going with a side pickup.
