Here is some recent picture from my garage bar build. I am not a woodworker, so I am very pleased with how it turned out. I took a lot of ideas from this forum and really appreciate others posting their various builds on this site!
I just found the paneling at Menards and thought that it looked nice. It is supposed to look like cedar.
I used Envirotex Lite to pour over the caps. It can also be found at Menards. Be sure that you have every possible crack filled prior to using this product. It began leaking from underneath the bar rail and became a huge mess. Had I sealed those cracks beforehand, it would have been simple. Instead I was busy stopping drips which really sucked.
Got it thanks. I don't have nearly enough bottle caps to make my bar top out of them (although that was the original plan) instead I'm going to do the caps to my keezer.
I was thinking that taking apart some pallets and using the lumber from those would make some awesome paneling... maybe stain/seal it. If I ever get around to building a bar, I might give that a shot.
