Banana bread Beer

Hey all. I'm looking to make a banana bread beer. Honestly I'm not to the point of being able to create my own recipes. I've made a few beers to include a partial mash. I can't find any info on making a banana bread beer gluten free. I'm not real sure what I can use to get a bread flavor. Any help would be appreciated.

I'll have to check that out. I ended up doing some research on clarity ferm and decided to try a test batch with actual barley. Here's to hoping it doesn't make me sick.
