Ball lock post o rings

Bought some replacement o rings for my kegs. They came with colored o rings for the posts in red and green. My question is which usually goes with which? Green to gas or is there some other convention to think of. I am fairly certain that it probably boils down to my preference and so long as I am consistent I'm fine but what does everybody else think?

"Green for Gas" would be the easiest to remember. I can't think of anything that works for red...

I was thinking red for gas if you have the red gas lines. Otherwise yeah, I guess I would go green for gas, red for that Really good beer!
