So I have moved to a new small batch setup, have new fermenter and made co2 harvester.
It's been 36h since pinching nottingham, action started less than 12h since pinching.
Fermenter is 8L/2.1gal and there is about 6.5L/1.7gal of wort in there.
There is no acction in the co2 harvester. I doubt I have bad sealings, but it's possible. Is there any other reason water in harvester is not moving?
PS. Before someone sugests the problem is in circled (picture) fitting, there is a smaller pipe with 3 tightly fitting o-rings and lots of glue inside of that bigger pipe so I think thats sealed pretty good.
Cheers

It certainly looks like the yeast is happy. Therefore no matter what, you either have a pressurized system with a blockage, or a leak.

Is the lid on the fermentation chamber just a screw-on? If so that would be my first guess. Possible some keg-lube on the mouth of that would help?
