I'm following through with Revvy's Maple Bacon Bourbon Balls thread (https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f56/1s...-experiment-maple-bacon-bourbon-balls-384898/) and decided to go the distance and make the needed bacon. Thought I'd share some pictures. I was hoping to find less processed pork belly, but am actually happy with how this turned out - instead of getting two end pieces, I ended up with 12 tasty ends.

Yep, the big asian grocery store in my area has a wide selection of non-traditional items so I thought I'd score there. Only had these. All together it turned out well as the rind is really flavorful.
