backsweetening cider

I recently have gotten into brewing cider and I am looking for a good recipe for backsweetening the stuff. I've tried using frozen concentrate to backsweeten and I was wondering how much you all think would be good for a 5 gallon batch. I like ciders like woodchuck and if anyone has any recipes for a cider like that I'd appreciate it.
 
I started with 3 and sampled from there. Ended up with 5 in the keg.
