After an eight year break from brewing due to a lack of time, I'm finally coming back and getting ready to brew again. I've missed the hobby and I'm really looking forward to my fist brew day.
Before taking my break I brewed for about three years. I only did extract brewing in the past, but now I want to move on to all grain. I really liked the extract beers I brewed, but I want to experiment a lot more with different types of beer and I think it will be easier to do with all grain. I've still got some of my old equipment. I was going through it today and cleaning it up. Tomorrow I'll be ordering everything else I need and hopefully I'll get to brew this weekend.
