Well, I am not sure what happened, but I decided to get back into home brewing about 5 weeks ago. Since then, I have kegged a Belgian Dubbel and an IPA. This morning I brewed up a Hefewizen and used the starter I whipped up 1.5 days ago...what a difference that made in how quickly fermentation gets going. Anyway, I have been poking around here, so I figured I should register and say hello.
