After a 6+ year hiatus I am finally back at it. Chose to use the Brooklyn Brew Shop kit to get going again. The back is too far gone to handle the large vessels involved with 5 gallon batches and saw an add for the Brooklyn Brew Shop 1 gallon kits and thought šŸ’...hey I can do that. First up is their NEIPA.

I got back into brewing this past July after a 6-7 year hiatus myself. I'm now brewing more than ever! I'm old (60) but fortunately my back is still good. My knees? Not so much.

Have already scaled down some of my old recipes, ordered ingredients and will see how they turn out in small batch brewing.
Should you feel the urge to splurge, remember that gravity, siphons and pumps can do the heavy lifting for you.
