After a 6+ year hiatus I am finally back at it. Chose to use the Brooklyn Brew Shop kit to get going again. The back is too far gone to handle the large vessels involved with 5 gallon batches and saw an add for the Brooklyn Brew Shop 1 gallon kits and thought 💭...hey I can do that. First up is their NEIPA.

Hey glad to see your back at it! Good luck with the brew!

Have already scaled down some of my old recipes, ordered ingredients and will see how they turn out in small batch brewing.

I got back into brewing this past July after a 6-7 year hiatus myself. I'm now brewing more than ever! I'm old (60) but fortunately my back is still good. My knees? Not so much.

Should you feel the urge to splurge, remember that gravity, siphons and pumps can do the heavy lifting for you.
