Awesome beer week for me!

This week has been huge for me and brewing, so I just have to share my joy.

Saturday I received an unexpected check from the profits of the family farm. The deal I made with SWMBO was that I could go all grain when I paid a certain bill off. My next batch will be all grain

Yesterday I was at SWMBOs sisters place. They're looking to get rid of their fridge. Guess who will be lagering soon?



I'm pumped, though a little nervous about my first all grain batch.

Congrats on the good fortune. Don't sweat going AG. I got back into brewing after a 10 year break and jumped right into from only doing extract before. Beer wants to be made. It's hard to mess it up. No... needs to be made!

With all the info (and opinions) flying around here you can't help but do well. Although you may have to duck!
