I have been brewing now for about 6 months (AG batch sparging) and have been brewing mostly English style ales such as Ordinary and Extra Special Bitters. I think I am at the point where I would like to try a big American style ale such as an American IPA. Searching the internet has produced a myriad of results and sorting through while fun has been time consuming. Does anyone have a particularly exceptional award winning IPA recipe I could borrow? All recommendations will be generously welcomed! I will also post a review of my experience so others can see how this turned out for a relatively new brewer.

Lot's of options are out there, but here's two that I've made:
NB The Plinian Legacy, clone of Pliny the Elder that has won "best beer" by the American Homebrewer's Association 7 years in a row 2009-2015. The are many other clones out there including a substantial thread here on HBT.
Yooper's Dogfish Head 60-minute IPA is a popular HBT brew (though I used an Xtreme Brewing kit).
