In great condition. Clean and works flawlessly. Its great for small batch BIAB 2-3 gallon batches. If you have a small kettle with a small reciculation pump, just stick this guy in the kettle outside of your grain bag, set your mash temp, and recirc with a pump during the whole mash to maintain super stable mash temps. Plugs into any 120v outlet so it can be used in the kitchen. Its just sitting around for me now that i built my basement brewing system
