I picked up a cpl of these Programmable Two-stage Temperature Controllers for Christmas and just want to put a good word in for them. They work fantastic out of the box with easy to understand parameter input. I have one that controls the ferment and one for the lager. Excellent choice for the non-electrically inclined and/or time challenged like myself. Just plug, input, and play.
