Auber EZ Boil 320 controller/power regulator.

I want to practice programming this controller. The instruction manual indicates that the temperature probe should be connected before turning the unit on. I don't have a spare probe. Would be nice if I could provide power to the unit and turn it on and practice in my office. My electric panel brew cabinet is mounted next to the kettle brewery in the cellar in a uncomfortably area. Checking the program features sitting at a office chair is what I would like to do before installing in the brewery panel.

You could get one of these, or just hook up a cheap PT100 to the EZBoil terminals.

Just found it at Auber Instruments as you pointed out. Will order it and then start playing with the EZ Boil.
