I am - are you starting from scratch or from a mix? I've made one trial batch of "tea wine" so far at about 5.5%, not bad, I'll keep playing around with it.
 
Well right now in fermenting arnold palmer half and half. Altered a little bit to get the abv up. When primary is done, im gonna syphon it onto a tropical juice mix in a secondary
 
Last night, had an arnold palmer smell to it. This morning when i checked on it, started foaming and the smell is turning more yeasty with a hint of lemon. I will keep you posted
 
Its looking and sounding like my arnold palmer half and half is slowing down to a stop fermenting. Next im taking a glass carboy and filling it half with mango/passion fruit juice and then syphoning the tea into it. Let you guys know soon
 
Syphoned off the tea into the tropical fruit juice and added some pineapple slices to each. Let you guys know in a few days what i get
 
To let you guys know, the batch is finished. Plenty of tropical fruit smell and taste. Because i used montrachet yeast, it aims more toward a wine taste but is delicious. My girlfriend loves it and wants me to make more. Send a private message if you want the recipe.
