Taking the plunge into all grain and starting with the basics... I have a 10 gallon stainless steel brew pot and looking at burners. Can I "get away" with 60k BTU or do I need more?

Please and thanks for the advice.

60k BTUs will work for 10 gallons, however the higher you can go the faster you can get there.

60k is plenty for 5 gal batches in a 10g pot. I have a 100k I use for heating strike water - like Aleforge says it will get you there faster - but use the 60k for actually boiling my wort. It gives me more control and no chance of scorching it.
