So, condensation warms the beer? How is this a bad thing?

For craft beer, we don't want it served ice cold. We like to actually taste the beer.
 
Drinks are good cold....I don't really like drinking room temperature or tepid. The colder the better. I'm not saying add ice to your beer but keep it cold!

I disagree with that myself. Cold masks the flavors of a lot of craft beers. Now I don't want them warm but def not ice cold.
