OK, here is what I am planning based on different online clone recipes and the help at one of my LBHS', morebeer in Riverside CA.

Arrogant Bastard Clone

12.5 lb 2 row US
2 lb Crystal 120
1/2 lb Special B

1.25 oz chinook continuous hop addition starting at 75 min.
1.0 oz chinook @ 30 min.
0.5 oz chinook @ flameout
1.25 oz. chinook dry hop secondary for 7 days (pellets)
1 tsp Irish moss
Safale 04 dry yeast

Mash @ 155º for 60 min.
Batch sparge in 2 equal quantities to get to 6.8 to 7.0 gal
90 min. boil
Primary ferment @ 68º for 7 days
Secondary ferment @ 68º for 10 days dry hopping last 7 days.

What do you think? This will be my 7th AG and my brewhouse eff. is now up to around 69%, thats why my 2-row is a lb. higher. I don't have DME to add to the boil.

That beer sounds quite tasty. I've never used Safale dry yeast, so I can't comment on that. But the rest sounds quite good. If anything, I'd probably drop the crystal and up the 2 row (maybe use about 1# crystal total and up the 2 row appropriately). If you use 2# crystal, you will probably end up with too much unfermentable sugars in the beer. Just my 2$ worth; I've never used that much crystal.

Good point on the crystal. I was planning 1 lb, but the guy at Morebeer recommeded 2. He also said to leave out biscuit, aromatic and caramunich, which would also add to the unfermentables. I think I will go with the 2 lb, will definitely help on color.

I've used dry yeast ever since making Ed Wort's Haus Ale. I see no reason to go with the more expensive yeast. I aerate with a fish pump for 20 minutes and seem to get a healthy fermenting activity within 12 hours.

+1!! I have been using Safale 05 and 04 for the past 9 months, and I have been very happy with them. Great products!

Safale 05 has worked very well for me. I use it anywhere I want a nice neutral ale yeast. Anywhere, in short, where I would have used Wyeast 1056.
