Anyone seen the movie or heard the joke for that matter?

I heard the joke awhile back but just saw the movie yesterday. The way I was told was nothing compared to the detail those comics went into.

I liked how offended the Smoother Brother was from hearing it from the other one. :D

Haven't seen the movie, but my business partner keeps sending me variations on the joke.

Thanks for the reminder....I really want to see that. I have no idea what the joke is, so no spoilers, please. ;)

I've only heard great things about this. Carlin and Saget, I hear, are the best.

Same here. Whoda thunk it.....the same Bob Saget from "Full House" and "America's Funniest Home Videos." On both, he was probably the least funny person on TV.

Saget was creepy and sad. Carlin was really vulgar. I liked Cartman's version the best.

I've personally never actually heard or seen his standup. I've heard that his routine really shocks the unexpected crowd.

mpetty--that's the first negative review I've heard.

It's in my Netflix queue; hopefully I can comment soon.

Eh, don't get me wrong, it's interesting in the documentary sense, but if you are expecting to seriously bust a gut, you should have 4 or 5 homebrews first.

I agree it wasen't that funny. I can't recall laughing out loud too much. At times it got really repetative.

So I finally got to see it. It was overhyped and let me down. Sagat was funny. Carlin's philosophy of comedy was really neat to hear. Sarah Silverman actually killed me--I think I liked her delivery and final words best. Otto and George rule, of course. I was disappointed to not see Jim Norton, Jim Bruer, or Rich Vos. I bet Buddy Hackett would've set the bar had he been around o contribute.
