DenyStrong French Saison
Recipe Notes
Make 5 gallons of wort. Siphon off 1/2 gallon and store it in the fridge. Ferment the remaining 4 1/2 gallons then add the saved 1/2 gallon back before bottling.
Tasting Notes
A gentle, mild, French Saison with a little something extra from the States. Tastes like success initially, but the seven additions of seven ounces of American Amarillo hops finishes with a bitterness after a period of time. If a BJCP judge shows up, dilute with purified water to bring the IBU's down to an undetectable range.
