Are these hops?

This may be a simple and/or dumb question, but we just moved into a new house and this plant/planter was here already. I bought some rhizomes online and plan to plant them when they get here, but the more I’m reading about hops, the more this plant looks like them! I’d hate to take out an established hop to try and plant a new one.
