So I was bored at work found myself with a pack of champagne yeast a 1/2 gallon of apple juice from concentrate, 3 lb honey and 4 cups sugar which found its way into a sanitized bucket with 3 gal water with a loose lid. What do I have from here on out.

I'm curious to know what your starting specific gravity was. Did you check it? Might give folks a better idea of what to expect from your brew!

You know what: I'm gonna try this tomorrow. Five gallon bucket is free and due to antibiotics not able to drink, so let's brew!
1 gallon of juice (not from concentrate, 5 liters), 3 pounds of (organic random) honey, add 800 grams of (brewing)sugar, top it off with mineral water to 5-ish gallons, yay into Le Bucket.
Just have to buy champagne yeast and we're off.

Keeping you posted :rockin:

Hm, a bit too dry, did some rearranging:

juice 1048, 15,72 kilo, 15 liter
honey 1360, 1,35 kilo, 0.99 liter
sugar 1540, 0,8 kilo 0,52 liter
_____ _____
17,87 kilo 16,5 liter

(17,87/16,5 - 1,010)*1000/7,45 = 9,8% ABV if it totally dries out. Remind me to buy backup honey voor backsweetening.
