fresh cider or store bought stuff?
That looks pretty good! Its on my list of stuff to try someday

I used tree top apple juice. It fermented out most of the taste of apple so.I would probably add 1 can of apple fjc at bottling next time

Was the apple taste still noticeable? I'm looking for something with a little apple taste like a Stella Cidre or a Redd's Apple Ale.

You get a hint of apple at the end. I didn't use the apple juice concentrate at bottling but plan to use it next time to get more of an apple taste

Any idea what mixture of concentrate and sugar you would use for carbonation? Or would you pasteurize?

I added 3 ounces of corn sugar and let it carb up for 10 days and then put the bottles in the fridge (never pasteurized it). Next time I make it I am going to add 2 can of frozen apple juice concentrate instead of corn sugar and keg it instead of bottling.
