First batch of Apfelwein is now gone!:(

I know, I know, I should have started a second batch right away, but I wasn't sure I'd like it.:drunk:

This time around I used 2 cans of frozen pommagranite & Cherry concentrate and then added 4.5 gal apple juice and about 1.5 pounds of corn sugar.

Nice blush color!

Anyone else try this variant?

Not this exactly, but I have a 3gal batch with Nottingham yeast that has 32oz of 100% raspberry juice that is pretty darned good. Pom or black currant is probably what I'll try next.

I am planning to add a can of Oregon Blackberries to one of my 1-gallon jugs of AW after it has fermented for three-four weeks.
