popped open one of my Apfelwiens tonight been in the bottle just a little over 2 weeks so i said what the heck lets give it a try. when i tasted it at bottling i kind of thought it was brutally tart... you may remember my thread. but now, It's not as tart and it's really fricken good! i actually didn't take a SG reading but it finished around .998. this stuff is going to be a hit with my friends.
