Hi All

This is my first time to use this yeast ; However, the fermentation curv and pace looks weird to me. It is so slow.
Please check the information as follows.

1. OG : 1.072
2. Batch : 19.7Liter into fermenter
3. Pitch "2" pack yeast at 17.8 degree C, and fermentation on 17.8-18.3 degree C now.
4. Now, it is day 3. The attenuation is only 30 percent, and looks like only decrease 0.01 gravity after 3 hours.

Does it normal for this yeast?
Compared other yeast what I used, it works very slow.
If it is not normal, I think that I will increase the temperature to make it work "related normal".

Any suggestion and comments is very welcome.
Big thanks !

I did not like this yeast the one time I tried it. I believe it was slow to start, but then it just stalled and left the beer incompletely attenuated. I had to pitch another yeast to try to save it. I don't plan to try it again.

It is super weird of this yeast.
In order to prevent it stuck, I rise temperature around 1 degree C per day from 18.3 to 21.7 degree C.
Start from Att 35% (17.7 - 18.3 degree C) -> 57% (19.7- 20.2 degree C) -> 64% ( 20.7 - 21.2 degree C) -> Raised to 21.2-21.7 degree C) doing Diacetyle rest.

Although the gravity drop curv is slow, somehow, the gravity drop to 1.011 as per my expect.
The att now is around 82%.

No idea how it taste. If it is good.
If it is good, that means the Yeast works like it.
