Hey everyone,

Just following along with the herd and made some apfelwein yesterday. Trying to extract as much value for money as possible I went ahead and filled the 5 gallon carboy to about 1-1.5 inches below the bottom of the airlock. I'm fermenting in my basement at about 68oF. As of this morning there appear to be some bubbles forming on the small amount of surface area.

Do I need a blow off tube installed ASAP? Or should I just relax?

Thanks!

+1 on no need for a blow off tube. The hardest part for you is going to be dealing with the rhino farts over the next couple days and waiting till its done.... RDWHAHB!:mug:
