Hi everyone--
I just got some Motueka and Pacific Jade hops, and I wanted to try them together in a fairly simple APA recipe that will bring out their flavor. I'm not trying to do anything fancy here, but I'm curious from those who might have used these hops before how this recipe looks:
http://www.brewtoad.com/recipes/upside-down-pale-ale

6 lbs 2-row
2 lbs homemade Munich 10L
.25 lbs Caramel 20L
.25 lbs Caramel 40L
