So this Friday I will start a new brew it is only my third batch so I would like to get any feedback possible on this partial mash. Here is my recipe:

% LB OZ Malt or Fermentable
30% 3 0 Light/Pale Malt Extract Syrup
30% 3 0 Light Dry Malt Extract
10% 1 0 Vienna Malt
10% 1 0 Crystal 60L
10% 1 0 Honey Malt
10% 1 0 American Two-row Pale
Batch size: 5.3 gallons


Original Gravity est.
1.060 / 14.7° Plato


hops
use time oz variety form aa
boil 60 mins 0.5oz Centennial pellet
boil 30 mins 1.0oz Northern Brewer pellet
boil 10 mins 0.5oz Cascade pellet
boil 1 min 0.5oz Cascade pellet
dry hop 7 days 1.0 Cascade pellet
Boil: 4.0 avg gallons for 60 minutes


Bitterness
35.6 IBU

yeast
Wyeast American Ale (1056)
ale yeast in liquid form with low to medium flocculation and 75% attenuation

Any comments regarding the amounts, and types is greatly appreciated.

I'd suggest swapping the Northern Brewer with the Centennial and moving the latter to 15 minutes (or whatever you need to do to compensate for the increased IBUs). NB is a very nice bittering hop, and Centennial plays extremely well with Cascade, so by switching them, I think you'll enhance your overall flavor at the end.
