Anyone know where I can get a replacement of one of these?

This is from a 10gallon corny, where the posts are a bulkhead style. I need a new one of these (in the blue circle)....anyone know where to source one from? Hard to search as I really don't know what it's called. If it helps its a 7/8" wrench on the flats....this is the piece that's inside the keg.

Check for compression fittings in the plumbing section of a hardware store.
