I know this is going to sound odd, but hear me out. I live in an 800 sq ft condo, and that situation isn't going to change anytime soon from the looks of it. Now while I've been able to continue my brewing as normal, my real issue is cellaring. Anything that requires to be held at about 55 degrees to properly age doesn't really turn out all that well when my closet can swing from 65 to 85 degrees on any given day.
While I could use a mini fridge or a chest freezer, there are two issues with this: First of all, floor space is a premium, and chest freezers are just far too large and take up the space. It also will probably end up being in my bedroom and thermoelectric wine fridges are practically silent where minifridges are much louder because they can reach much lower temperatures.
I usually bulk age in a corny keg, so my thought is to find a standalone thermoelectric wine fridge that will hold two corny kegs. Does anyone have a suggestion?
