Made a pina colada wheat beer using this and the coconut and the pineapple is very iver whelming and alsmost has a bittery alcohol taste despite only using half a bottle if it, curious if anyone else has tried it and thought the same

I haven't used the pineapple but, I've used the Raspberry, Watermelon, Grapefruit, Pomegranate, Mango, and peach. I never use more then 2 ounces total (half the bottle) ever. and I mostly used them in addition to the actual fruit or fruit juices. Never alone. 1/4 bottle of Pineapple, 1/4 bottle of the Coconut along with some actual Pineapple chunks and unsweetened shredded coconut in the secondary for a week seems to me would work great.

How was the mango just added it to a batch but added 2 ounces to about 2.5 gallons of beer worried I may have added to much

I've used the BB pineapple flavoring. I didn't like the flavor at first and though it had chemical/alcohol taste but after about a month of aging it subsided and became pretty good. I used 1/2 the bottle (2oz) in a 5 gal batch added at kegging.

Haven't used extracts for flavor, for my piña colada beer i put flaked coconut and crushed pineapple in primary, with some lactose sugar for back sweetening. Worked great!
