Anyone ever make a winter wheat?

I'm thinking of trying a Christmas beer but wheat style. Maybe like a spiced dunkle? Any ideas?

YUM. Sounds delicious. I'll be curious to hear what sort of ideas pop up.

I'd go pretty light on the spices - everything is pretty spiced around Christmas, so something sublte would be refreshing.

James Spencer did a 100% wheat wine on a BBR or BBV episode. If hard set on spicing, I'd think chai tea style spices would work in a not-too-dark wheat beer.
