Has anyone else tried He'Brew Death of a Contract Brewer? I had one last week and loved it. It had everything I want in a black IPA- fantastically bitter, dark roasty-malty, with a great hop presence.
I'd love to try a clone batch, but beyond knowing it has 7 malts and 7 hops, I can't find any leads.
Anyone have any ideas?
Alternatively, anyone have a black IPA recipe they're espcially proud of?
