Anyone else brewing?

Sunday morning is a great time to brew. I'm doing an American Imperial Pale Ale from G&G. My grains are steeped and I'm waiting for it to come to a boil.

Any one else brewing?

I won't be brewing, just racking the CoC Brown and the spiced cider into kegs. Clean up, etc. I'll be down to one empty cornie and I like to keep one around for filtering.

The Palmer Porter is just about gone. I think I might blend in a little blackberry cider and bottle the result. That would free a keg for another batch. I need to do an IPA or a batch of Stiffy. Since I have a 8 7/8 lb bag of Maris Otter LME, I could do either of those.

It's still Sat here Catfish, but I plan on brewing a batch of Mead on Sun AM.

I'm not sure what flavor though...maybe just a plain mead.

I do need to bottle my Peach melomel though.

First bubbles are with in sight two hours after pitching the yeast.
Ah, fermentation.
