Sunday morning is a great time to brew. I'm doing an American Imperial Pale Ale from G&G. My grains are steeped and I'm waiting for it to come to a boil.
I won't be brewing, just racking the CoC Brown and the spiced cider into kegs. Clean up, etc. I'll be down to one empty cornie and I like to keep one around for filtering.
The Palmer Porter is just about gone. I think I might blend in a little blackberry cider and bottle the result. That would free a keg for another batch. I need to do an IPA or a batch of Stiffy. Since I have a 8 7/8 lb bag of Maris Otter LME, I could do either of those.
