Yeah I brew CAPs occasionally. It's a very nice beer and probably falls into the under-appreciated category. Did you have some specific questions?

Well, yes, some of my beers have been pretty bad, not sure I'd call them crap, but, I would...what's that?!?! Oh, sorry, nevermind!

Yeah...I agree.

What am I missing, wtf is CAP? Cream Ale Pisswater? The only cap I know is civilian Air Patrol, and what I occasionally put on my head.

I'm sure I am missing something obvious here...... :D

Thanks. Well, it's my favorite syle, and i have been brewing it since Renner published in '98.Sometimes i get a nice clean, clear finish. other times it finishes with a percepatble haze, not chill haze though. I can't figure it out. Got any Ideas?

sorry, Classic American Pilsner. The kind of beer your Great Granddaddy drank before prohibition. MMMMMM! i love it.

BigEd, info is in my recipes called Happy Daze. I've tried various times for the protein rest, but i still get an occasional batch with a light haze. It comes out with a 1 um filtering, but i'd like to skip that part.
