What am I missing, wtf is CAP? Cream Ale Pisswater? The only cap I know is civilian Air Patrol, and what I occasionally put on my head.

I'm sure I am missing something obvious here......

Thanks. Well, it's my favorite syle, and i have been brewing it since Renner published in '98.Sometimes i get a nice clean, clear finish. other times it finishes with a percepatble haze, not chill haze though. I can't figure it out. Got any Ideas?

Not without more information, you're going to have to give us recipe, ingredients, mash temps, ferment temp, yeast, etc, etc.

BigEd, info is in my recipes called Happy Daze. I've tried various times for the protein rest, but i still get an occasional batch with a light haze. It comes out with a 1 um filtering, but i'd like to skip that part.
