White Labs Platinum Bedford British Ale WLP006.

i'm going to use it in a pale with all my homegrown hops. trying to get a good recipe for pale i can have on tap all the time. i'm using yooper's grain bill in the pale recipe section. anyways, i'm just typing now.

this is what they say:

* WLP006 Bedford British
PLATINUM STRAIN – Nov./Dec.
Ferments dry and flocculates very well. Produces a distinctive ester profile. Good choice for most English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.
Attenuation: 72-80%
Flocculation: High
Optimum fermentation temperature: 65-70°F Alcohol Tolerance: Medium
