Anybody perfected a session "IPA"?

The issue with that would be boiling off the aromatics that are typical in an IPA/APA.

But during that boil add the aroma and taste hops?

I'm resurrecting this thing! I love a good Pliny but I'd also like to see midnight. I am going to use .y Midwest Irish red kit and try this w 6lbs of golden malt extract. I'll report on what I get done..

This was a pretty good beer but probably bigger than I wanted.

I did another AG with a starting G of 1.040 that I'll try to post here if it's good..
