You should post the model number of the switch, so people who know how to help you have enough information to help. Switches come in a variety of configurations, they're not all the same.
If not the model number, tell us what contacts are available, or how many positions the key can turn to. I got that it has four "NO" (Normally Open) contacts, but still those could connect in a number of ways.
If you have no model number and no schematic, you'll need a continuity tester to find out what pins connect when the key is in various positions.
If nothing else, try looking on the package the switch came in to see if it has the number of poles and throws. This is usually abbreviated as "DPST" (double pole single throw) or "2P1T" (same, but with numbers) or "SPDT" (single pole double throw).
