Anybody have an idea what to do with these?

The place where I work, ordered these SS hot wells and they are the wrong size. Rather than send them back(too expensive), they're going to scrap them and I'm going to end up with them.
There are (5) of them 12"X20"X6" and yes they hold (5) gallon right at the lower indent just below the top. I have a couple of ideas for them i.e.run a chill coil through them - possibly use them for boiling - but I wondered if anybody out there in HBT land had some ideas.....whatdya think?
