Any volunteers to taste my beer to diagnose an off flavor?

Seriously...is that even legal? I have 3 batches of beer that I've brewed recently (BB English Ale extract kit, BB European Bock extract kit, and a AHS Abita Purple Haze clone partial mash).

They all don't quite taste right, and the off flavor is difficult to describe. Some batches were made with my well water, some were not. All 3 had equipment sanitized with diluted bleach, which may be my problem. I'm going to switch to Star San, but I still think the off flavors might be related to something else.

If it's legal, and you're not sketched out by some random dude sending you unlabeled beer, I'd love to UPS one or more of them to people to taste and report back. The packaging will be discreet. Why does this sound like a craigslist ad?

I'd go with the star san.
