Any ideas?
 
I'd change out the pilsner malt for some Maris Otter and bump it a couple of pounds.
I would also add some chocolate and maybe some c120. 4-8 oz of each.
From your OG it looks like your eff. was low.
I like my holiday beer warm, dark and malty! :D

Sound good.. I'll throw 4oz of chocolate in there but leave out the 120. I've got 1lb of 60 already.
