My container was filled with oxy free ratio of 1 oz to 1 gallon. I know that's not a sanitizer, but I figured it was better than just water.
I haven't been concerned during the first few days of active fermentation since the pressure is all going out, but afterwards, I'm worried about the water potentially going "bad".

Brew day was saturday, and the star san I ordered won't come til next tuesday at the earliest (over 10 days /w the blowoff setup). Will that be okay you think? I could use the iostar that I have instead, but I've heard that iodine based san doesn't stay stable all that long in water (more than a day or so) and I want to replace with an airlock and just forget it for a few weeks to finish the beer.

Assuming no suck back at cold crash, you’re fine.

If it’s sucks in nasty pond water, yeah it could be ugly.

I likely wont do a cold crash. My fridge is way too small for that and the last ale I made turned out fine without one, just took a few extra weeks in the fridge to clear up in the bottle anyway.
