Ok, this is very weird to me, but I figured if anyone ever heard of this problem, it would be on this forum!
I have 2 cornys, both force carbed. One with a kolsch style and one with cider. On very frequent occasions when drinking product from these kegs, it causes me to not be able to properly purge CO2 from MY system (read- burp). Its like I have to burp, but it gets stuck and makes it feel like I have a lump in my esophagus or throat- sometimes it lasts for a day or overnight. Commercial beer, soda etc don't do this to me, just my force carbed product. Weird? Any ideas? Am I overcarbing without realizing it? Could it be the CO2? It's very amusing and laughable when I am not drinking my stuff but it makes me extremely uncomfortable and almost avoidant to drink my own product!
